Students from years 10 took part in 'taste of work' chocolate design enterprise challenge at Mondelez International.

The day involved going to the Bourneville site of Cadburys World, to the Research and Development Department to take part in the enterprise challenge and have a tour of the plant.
After the event students were asked to complete an evaluation form with their feedback about the experience. Here are some of the comments made by the students about the event:
"We learnt everything about the production of chocolate"
I enjoyed the day "because I understood and enjoyed seeing how the chocolate we eat is made"
Overall the students developed skills in team building, communication and presentation. The design challenge raised their awareness of the different careers within the sector and the importance of marketing and design of a product.
